Dietitians now hail them as nutritional powerhouses – the “super superfoods”. Not only are these grains better for you than wheat, rice and barley, they are also incredibly tasty.

The article breaks down the benefits and properties of quinoa, amaranth, farro, freekeh, millet and buckwheat. And just in case you weren’t convinced, they even include some recipe ideas to get you started!
